This is a gorgeous hand-painted porcelain Ancient Greek-themed wall plate, plated in 24k gold leaf and made exclusively in Greece by Kipuros!
The 9.25" vintage (1990s) wall plate depicts Thaleia (Muse of comedy and idyllic poetry) plays a harp as Bacchus (God of wine, revelry, religious ecstasy, and frenzied creativity) raises a chalice in approval. There are two small chips on the left rim as shown in the photos, but they do not detract from the beauty of the art.
