RARE Vintage Copper & Tin Ancient Egyptian Themed Wall Plate

This 1950s vintage copper wall plate with brilliant tin inlay is simply stunning. Paint-washed a black matte, the design is etched into the copper and inlaid with tin for beauty and depth. The centerpiece is an Ancient Egyptian Pharaoh as he rides a horse-drawn chariot, his bow poised to loose an arrow upon his prey. The Giza pyramids sit in the background, a stylized representation of the God Ra watches from above: well pleased.

There are a few minor scuffs & scratches as seen in the photos, but these are commensurate with its age and only adds to the impact.

Wall mounted or placed in an easel display, this magnificent 11.25" diameter plaque is an excellent piece of replica artwork and worthy of adding to any Ancient Egyptian collection!
